摘要
目的探究温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院门诊收入的慢性肾功能衰竭患者87例,根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组44例,对照组43例。对照组行常规治疗并服用包醛氧淀粉,研究组行常规治疗并服用温神降浊通络汤。观察两组患者治疗后的效果。结果经治疗,两组在总有效率、血肌酐、血红蛋白、24h尿蛋白定量及总胆固醇比较,差异有统计学意义(约0.05)。结论使用温肾降浊通络法治疗早中期慢性肾功能衰竭患者,临床疗效显著,对患者远期生活质量有较大改善,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the kidney material t2dm middle method to treat chronic renal failure clinical curative ef ect,provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Select our hospital outpatient service revenue of 87 cases of patients with chronic renal failure,according to the dif erent methods of treatment were divided into group of 44 cases,control group 43 cases.Control group routine treatment and taking aldehyde oxide starch,the team routine treatment and taking material god know luo wen tang.Observe the effect of the two groups of patients after treatment.Results After treatment,two groups in the total effective rate,serum creatinine,hemoglobin,24 hours urinary protein quantitative and total cholesterol,the dif erence was statistical y significant(<0.05).Conclusion Using the kidney material t2dm middle method to treat chronic renal failure patients,the clinical curative ef ect is distinct,have improved the long-term quality of life of patient,worthy of clinical application.
