摘要
目的:探讨细节管理在护理文件书写质量控制中的作用,持续提高护理文件书写质量。方法强化细节管理的理念,规范护理文件书写标准,加强相关知识培训,严格护理文件书写质量控制,做好信息反馈,制定奖惩制度,注重各个细节问题的环节管理。结果实施细节管理后护理文件书写零缺陷率明显高于实施前,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论细节管理应用于护理文件书写质量控制中可提高护理文件书写质量。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of detail management in nursing document writing quality control,continuously improve the quality of nursing documents writing.Method Strengthen the details of management methods,standardizing the nursing document writing standards,strengthen knowledge training,strict quality control of nursing document writing,get feedback,make the rewards and punishment system,pay at ention to the details of the link management.Results after implementing the detail management of nursing document writing zero defect rate was significantly higher than before the implementation,the dif erence was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion the details management was applied in nursing document writing quality control can improve the quality of nursing documents writing.
