摘要
目的:研究转基因番茄植株及非转基因番茄植株栽培后的各项农艺性状的变化。方法每周记录转基因番茄及其对照植物生长的一般状况、株高、茎粗和最大叶宽等农艺性状。结果转基因番茄植株与非转基因番茄植株生长情况良好,转基因番茄植株的株高、茎粗和最大叶宽经统计学分析与对照组番茄植株比较有统计学差异。结论与对照植株相比,本课题组培养的转基因番茄植株在农艺性状上发生不同程度的改变。
Objective Studied the change of agronomic characteristic between the transgenic and non-transgenic tomato plants.Method Recorded the growth general condition、plant height,stem diameter and maximum leaf width weekly.Result The transgenic and non-transgenic tomato plants grown in good condition,the plant height,stem diameter and maximum leaf width was statistical y significant dif erence on statistical y between two groups.Conclusion Compare with control plants,the transgenic tomato plants have dif erent degrees of change in agronomic characteristic.
