摘要
目的:分析研究精细化护理对妇产科肥胖患者的影响,探讨精细化护理的医学价值。方法随机将90例妇产科肥胖患者分为两组(实验组45例,对照组45例),对照组使用一般护理,实验组使用精细化护理,观察护理效果。结果①实验组切口愈合时间、疼痛评分及焦虑评分分别为(4.99±1.02)d、(1.78±0.97)分、(39.78±9.22)分,对照组对应为(6.71±1.13)d、(3.21±0.44)分、(45.18±8.39)分,实验组观察指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)②并发症:实验组少于对照组,差异明显(5例VS7例,P<0.05)。结论与对照组相比,实验组患者手术后切口愈合快,疼痛感轻,焦虑程度低,并发症发生情况少,使用精细化护理对妇产科肥胖患者的效果较好,可以降低并发症,提高患者舒适度。
Objective:To analyze the research meticulous care for obstetric and gynecological obese patients af ected.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into two groups of obese patients obstetrics and gynecology(the experimental group 45 cases,control group 45 cases),general care control group using the experimental group,using a fine nursing,care and observation results.Results:①experimental incision healing time,pain scores and anxiety score(4.99+1.02)respectively d,(1.78-0.97),(39.78-9.22)and control group corresponding to(6.71+1.13),d(3.21+0.44),(45.18-8.39)points,experimental observation index is bet er than the control group(p<0.05),②complications:experimental group is less than the control group,the dif erence obviously(5 cases VS7 cases,p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the control group,experimental group patients after surgery incision healing fast,the pain is light,low degree of anxiety,less complication occurrence.Using sophisticated care for obstetric and gynecological obese patients bet er,can reduce complications and improve patient comfort.
