摘要
目的:对我院102例流产后存在宫内残留物的患者分别进行经腹部和阴道彩超检查,分析其结果。方法回顾性采集自2011年12月~2013年5月于我院进行清宫手术并有病理资料和辅助检查确诊的患者102例的病历。结果全部102例患者中,经腹部彩超可明确诊断87例,行阴道彩超检查可确诊97例,两者相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经腹部和经阴道彩超均对流产后的宫内残留有良好的诊断能力,经阴道彩超诊断准确率更具优势。
Objective On the existence of Intrauterine Residue in 102 casesafter artificial abortion,and who were treated with the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal.Method:Retrospective col ection that who were clear palace operation in this hospital from 2011 December to 2013 May,the 102 patients medical records.Result:In ol 102 patients,Transabdominal ultrasound diagnosis of 87 cases,and ultrasound examination can be diagnosed in 97 cases.Compared with those two results,it has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography ondiagnosis of intrauterine Residue after abortion ability.
