摘要
CRTSI型双块式无砟轨道在路基地段道床采用连续结构,路基在不均匀沉降、早期荷载等作用下,造成道床板在假缝处拉应力和剪切力加大,导致道床开裂.同时长期受温度变化、雨水侵袭等自然影响,会加剧道床开裂,影响道床寿命.虽然施工中采取了一系列预防措施,但裂纹或裂缝始终存在,为了提高道床板的耐久性能及结构寿命,对实体结构开裂的部位采用高性能混凝土表面修复防护技术代替普通聚氨脂涂料防水材料修复技术.本文从高性能防护涂料的力学性能分析、配合比、施工工艺方面阐述,满足道床板的耐久性能及结构寿命要求.
The continuous structure of CRTS I type double-block ballastless track is adopted in roadbed section, under the actions of uneven settlement and early load, the subgrade can cause the pavement bed cracks in the false seam and increase the shearing force, which leads to cracking the pavement. Meanwhile, due to the temperature changes, rain invasion and other natural influence, it will aggravate the roadbed cracking and cut down the service life of roadbed. Although a series of preventive measures are adopted in the construction, the cracks are always existed. In order to improve the durability of the slab and the structure life, high performance concrete surface repairing protection technology is used instead of ordinary polyurethane coating in the crack of solid structure. In this paper, the mechanical property analysis, mix ratio and construction technology of high performance protective coatings ate expounded, which can meet the durability and structure life requirements of the slab.
