摘要
上跨既有铁路支架结构施工既要考虑支撑系统本身安全,又要兼顾铁路运营安全,是跨越既有线现浇施工的基本原则.本文以锦承线扩能改造中复杂地形现浇槽形梁跨越既有线施工为背景,设计的以人工挖孔桩为基础、钢管柱为支撑、工字钢为主梁的支架体系,既保证施工过程中既有线路基的稳定性及既有线运营的净空要求,又通过周密的计算,保证了支架系统的稳定性.解决了跨越既有线施工的难题,可为类似工程施工提供参考.
During the construction of bracket structure overcrossing the existing railway,we should not only consider the safety of the support system but also the operating safety of railway,and it is the basic principle of cast-in—place construction across existing lines.Taking the construction of cast-in-situ groove shaped beam crossing the existing railway line with complex terrain in the expansion program of Jinzhou—Chengde Railway as an example,this paper designed a support system which was based on the artificial digging pile,the steel pipe pillar and the scaffolding system of I-beam as the main beam,SO as to ensure the stability of existing railway subgrade and the clearance requirements of operating,and guarantee the stability of the support system by careful calculation.Finally,it solved the problem of crossing the existing line construction,and could provide a l陀fer@nce for similar projects.
