摘要
当前运营商之间网络制式趋同,覆盖趋同,市场发展策略趋同,4G网络同质化竞争严重,占领上网业务感知的制高点,是打造移动新优势的关键.针对目前用户感知最不满意的微信业务进行研究,创新地提出了基于HTTP/HTTPS数据分组特征字段组合,准确识别用户微信行为的方法.对于用户感知不满意问题,创新地提出了基于业务全生命周期的分段时延S1-U口定界方法以及基于多维数据联合的网元问题定位方法,实现了端到端的定位定界.端到端微信业务感知分析方法已在北京移动上线运营,实现了微信业务感知的可视、可控、可管.
At present,the convergence of network system,coverage,market development strategy among operators lead to serious homogenization competition of 4G networks,SO occupying the commanding point of online service perception were the keys to create new advantages of China Mobile.The most unsatisfactory WeChat service perceived by users currently were studied.and an innovative method based on HTTP/HTTPS packet feature to accurately identify user’S WeChat behavior was proposed.For the problem of user perception dissatisfaction,a piecewise delayed S 1-U port demarcation method based on service life cycle and a location method based on multi-dimensional data association were innovatively proposed to achieve end—to—end location demarcation.The end-to-end service perception analysis method of WeChat has been put into operation in China Mobile of Beijing Company,which realizes the visualization,controllability and manageability ofthe service perception of WeChat.
