电厂给水泵变频控制系统的优化

摘要 改革开放以来,社会经济得到快速发展,社会的用电需求也越来越高,这对电力企业来说既是一个机遇也是发展中要面临的挑战.如何降低自身的发电成本,占据更多的市场份额,这都是电力企业不得不考虑的问题.目前电厂中都存在着相关设备耗电量大的问题,在电厂运行发电的过程中,利用高压变频器对给水泵电机进行相应的改进,改进后的给水泵能够随着负荷的变化相应地改变出力,对于电厂的电能节省具有重要的意义.本文通过对工程概况的相关介绍,提出了给水泵变频改造的相关方案,并对给水泵高压变频器进行了受电分析. Since the reform and opening up,the social economy has been developing rapidly,and the demand for electricity is increasing.This is not only an opportunity but also a challenge for the development of power enterprises.How to reduce the cost of power generation and occupy more market share is a problem that power enterprises have to consider.At present,there is a problem of large power consumption of related equipment in power plants.In the process of power generation,high-voltage frequency converter is used to improve the feed pump motor.With the change of load,the output of the improved feed pump can be changed correspondingly,which is of great significance for power saving in power plants.Based on the introduction of the general situation of the project,this paper puts forward the relevant scheme of the frequency conversion transformation of the feed water pump,and conducts the electrical analysis of the high-voltage frequency converter of the feed water pump.
