摘要
为探索汽油中非法添加物含锰抗爆剂甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)的添加量对汽油抗爆机理及理化指标的影响,结合实验室对含锰汽油的检验,考察含锰抗爆剂汽油的锰含量、避光措施和储存时间等因素对汽油颜色、诱导期、胶质含量和辛烷值的影响.结果表明,用透明PE瓶储存的含锰汽油对样品色度、诱导期、胶质含量和辛烷值的影响较大,甚至随着时间的增加,不能满足汽油产品标准的要求.用棕色瓶储存的汽油部分指标随着时间的延长也发生了很大变化.加入16 mg/L的锰能提高约2个辛烷值.将锰含量从16 mg/L提高到28 mg/L,其辛烷值只提高0.8个单位.研究发现,加入一定量的MMT可以提高汽油的辛烷值,但其辛烷值的增幅与MMT的加入量并不是线性增长.汽油中加入MMT虽能提高辛烷值,但会导致其他安定性指标不合格,容易引起贸易纠纷.
In order to explore the influence of the addition of MMT on the gasoline antiknock mechanism and the physical-chemical indexes,according to the laboratory testing on the determination of manganese in gasoline,the influence of the content of the manganese content,the measures of avoiding light and storage time of the gasoline on the gas color,induction period,colloid content and octane value was investigated.The results showed that using transparent PE bottle to store manganese-containing gasoline had great effect on the chroma,induction period,colloid content and octane number of sample,even with the increase of time,the gasoline cannot meet the requirements of gasoline product standards.Some indicators of gasoline stored in brown bottles also changed significantly over time..Adding 16 mg/L of manganese increased the octane number by about 2 units.When the concentration of manganese increased from 16 mg/L to 28 mg/L,and the octane value increased by 0.8 units.Adding MMT to gasoline would improve the octane value,but it would lead to stability index failing,which could lead to trade disputes.
