重复经颅磁刺激联合核心稳定性训练在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用 被引量:2

Application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with core stability training in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hemiplegia

摘要 目的分析重复经颅磁刺激联合核心稳定性训练在脑梗死偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法抽取2021年7月至2022年7月河南省中医药研究院附属医院收治的脑梗死偏瘫患者154例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组77例。分析两组患者治疗后运动功能、平衡功能、功能性步行、日常生活活动能力、稳定指数、神经功能缺损、血流指标改善情况。结果治疗后,研究组运动功能评分量表、平衡评分量表、功能性步行评分量表、日常生活活动能力评分量表、稳定指数评分量表、血流平均速度、血流峰速度指标均高于对照组(P均<0.05),神经功能缺损评分量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用重复经颅磁刺激联合核心稳定性训练对脑梗死偏瘫患者进行治疗,可以有效改善患者平衡功能及活动功能,对患者神经功能的恢复具有较好的调节作用。 Objective To analyze the application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with core stability training in patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hemiplegia.Methods A total of 154 patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hemiplegia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Henan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected,and the patients were divided into control group and research group according to the random number table method,with 77 cases in each group.Motor function,balance function,functional ambulation category scale score,activity of daily living,stability index,neurological impairment,improvement of blood flow index of the two groups were analyzed after treatment.Results After treatment,the motor function rating scale score,Berg balance scale score,functional ambulation category scale score,activity of daily living,stability index,average blood flow velocity,and peak blood flow velocity in the research group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale score in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with core stability training in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction complicated by hemiplegia can effectively improve the balance function and activity function of patients,and has a good regulating effect on the recovery of neurological function.
