Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the central government has put forward higher requirements for the construction of urban ecological civilization, and how to effectively promote the development of environmental monitoring has become a research hotspot. Environmental monitoring objectives cover water pollutants, atmospheric emissions, soil pollutants, noise pollution, radiation pollution and many other contents, which are complicated and technically difficult to implement. At the same time, environmental monitoring needs scientific standard system as support, so it is very important to build a perfect environmental monitoring and management system.
