With the development and innovation of science and technology such as information technology and computer network technology, the era of big data arises at the historic moment, which imperceptibly affects the multiple changes of human life and work such as work style, behavior style and thinking style. Computer cloud technology, internet technology, big data technology and other high-tech technologies are widely used in various fields of economy and society. On the one hand, they classify and sort out the complicated public management affairs, promote innovation in management methods, improve the overall level of public management, and on the other hand, they promote social and economic development. On the other hand, with the advent of the big data era, the high efficiency in public management affairs has also greatly strengthened and improved the work level of government units, optimized the results of comprehensive management, improved the performance of government units and the quality objectives of serving the society.
