摘要
In the field of construction engineering, management and construction quality, construction cost, and is closely related to the construction safety and so on, to take strict management system, standardize management of the implementation of each link, can effectively reduce the scene environment, personnel and other factors on the construction quality and safety of the interference, ensure the comprehensive benefits of the construction. In the new historical period, the application of new materials and technologies provides more choices for architectural design and construction, but at the same time, engineering management is also facing more severe tests. This paper discusses the importance of project management in the new period and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the project management level.
