Objective: to study and analyze the effect of developmental supportive nursing mode on promoting the growth and feeding tolerance of premature infants in clinical nursing. Methods: 100 premature infants in our hospital were selected for research and observation. The selection time was from October 2020 to October 2021. The premature infants were divided into two groups by lot drawing, namely, the routine group and the study group. There were 50 premature infants in each group. The routine group received basic nursing, and the study group received developmental supportive nursing. The changes of body mass, milk consumption, neurobehavioral development Parents satisfaction and prognosis of premature infants physical development. Results: the body weight and milk intake of the two groups were evaluated. The daily milk intake and body mass index of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, and the difference between the groups was prominent (P < 0.05);The neurobehavioral development of the two groups was evaluated. There was no significant difference between the study group and the routine group at admission (P > 0.05). At 1, 2 and 4 weeks of nursing, the neurobehavioral score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group, and the difference between the groups was more prominent (P < 0.05);The satisfaction of parents of premature infants in the study group was significantly higher than that in the routine group, and the difference between the groups was prominent (P < 0.05);The prognosis and physical development of premature infants in the two groups were evaluated. The height development, body mass development and bone mineral content of premature infants in the study group within one year were higher than those in the routine group, and the differences between the groups were more prominent (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the process of promoting the healthy growth and development of premature infants and improving their feeding tolerance, the development supporting nursing model plays a positive role, which is of great significance and has the effect of promoting the physical development of premature infants.
