摘要
发展农产品加工业是推进农业产业化、提高农业综合生产能力的重要途径之一,针对始于上世纪90年代以“公司+农户”为基本模式的农业产业化在增加农民收入方面成效不明显的状况,本文进一步提出,只有依靠财政与金融的大力支持,发展农民自主的农产品加工业,才能把农产品的增加值留在农村,实现农业增效和农民增收,同时也是消解目前农村金融“两难困境”的双赢选择。
Developing agricultural product processing industry is one of important approaches to promote agricultural industrialization and improve agricultural comprehensive production capacity, since 1990s, it did not make significance for agricultural industrialization based on the mode of 'company & peasant household' to increase farmers' income, This paper points out, developing farmer ownself agricultural product processing industry based on financial support is the important way to increase farmers' income and enhance the agricultural efficiency, it is also a win-win choice to solve the dilemma of rural banking .
