摘要
发展县域经济是欠发达地区建设小康社会的关键。本文首先介绍盱眙县域经济的现状,接着指出经济发展的存在的问题,然后运用制度经济学的交易成本理论和产业经济学的产业结构理论阐述政府行为对发展县域经济的影响,最后提出发展盱眙县域经济的一些具体措施。
Developing county economy is the key to setting up the well-off society in the less-developed areas. The paper first introduces the status quo of Xuyi's county economy, then points out the existing problems of developing economy, then uses the transaction-cost theory of System Economics and the industrial structure theory of Industry Economics to expound the effects of governmental behavior on the development of county economy and finally puts forward the detailed measures.
