摘要
传统毕业设计质量评估注重静态结果、等级鉴定的倾向。文章借鉴企业管理中的绩效评价理论,提出了毕业设计绩效评价的概念。从毕业设计绩效的内涵与作用分析入手,界定了毕业设计的绩效,构建了毕业设计绩效评估指标体系,对毕业设计的质量和效率进行综合评估。
Static consequence and grade evaluation are stressed traditionally in evaluating the quality of graduation design.In this paper,we propose the concept of performance evaluation,analyze the meaning and function of performance,and define the performance of graduation design.Finally we build up indicator system to estimate comprehensively the quality and efficiency in the course of graduation design.
