摘要
目的制备参麦注射液及制订其指纹图谱,并对图谱中的各峰进行归属。方法以水提醇沉法、醇提水沉法分别提取麦冬、红参,合并两液制成参麦注射液;采用高效液相色谱法建立其指纹图谱,确定各共有峰的相对保留时间和峰面积比值。结果参麦注射液指纹图谱共有11个共有峰。结论本方法可用于参麦注射液的制备及质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare shenmai injection and establish its fingerprints,and to categorize the peaks in the fingerprints.METHODS:Shenmai injection was prepared from ophiopogonis tuber extracted by water and precipitated by ethanol and red ginseng extracted by ethanol and precipitated by water.The fingerprints of Shenmai injection was established by HPLC,and the relative retention time and peak area ratio of each common peak was determined.RESULTS:11peaks in fingerprints of Shenmai injection were noted.CONCLUSI...
