摘要
概述了国内外锂电池的开发及其在军事装备、工业和日常生活等方面的应用情况。并对今后锂电池的研究与开发，提出了更高的要求。
In this paper, the development and application of Lithium Battery to military, industry and civil are introduced. In addition, the higher requirement of research and development for Lithium Battery are raised.
