摘要
企业边界变动受到多方面因素的影响,其中,主要有环境因素、管理因素、组织结构特征因素以及组织规模因素。目前,企业边界已经从单个企业扩展到产业集群,产业集群的范围有多大,企业的边界就有多大;企业的边界随着产业集群的边界变化而变化。此外,随着产业集群功能的不断完善和产业集群的不断升级,企业组织边界趋于模糊甚至虚拟化。
