摘要
基于灰色理论与神经网络相结合能改进预测精度的思想,本文将神经网络与灰色预测PID控制器相结合,利用神经网络来在线调节PID控制器参数以适应模型时变的要求。论述了其原理并将其应用于实际双容水箱液位控制系统,以克服模型不确定性带来的不利影响,从而实现对二阶液位对象的有效控制。通过MATLAB进行了算法的验证和仿真,并利用xPC技术进行了实时控制,结果表明此改进算法比常规PID控制具有更好的效果。
