摘要
本文针对圆网印花数字雕刻控制系统的特殊要求,建立了整体数控系统。首先描述了圆网印花工艺,据此建立了圆网印花雕刻数控系统。另外,同时运用运动控制器对圆网印花运动控制系统进行控制,并就在应用过程中发现的问题予以解决,提出了故障诊断的步骤与诊断的结果分析。
In view of the rotary screen printing laser engraving system s special request,the numerical control system was estab-lished,the rotary screen printing craft was described,and the rotary screen printing laser engraving system was established.The motion controller was adopted to control the rotary screen printing craft,and then the steps of trouble shooting and results have been analyzed as well.
