摘要
目的:用正交试验设计对现有法半夏的炮制工艺进行质量评价和优化。方法:选择生石灰用量、甘草用量、炮制时间及炮制温度4个因素,采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以RP-HPLC法测定炮制品中刺激性毒性成分草酸钙针晶以及水溶性有效成分鸟苷及甘草酸的含量,家兔眼结膜刺激性评价刺激性程度,多指标综合加权评分,优选法半夏炮制工艺。结果:根据正交试验结果,优选出法半夏炮制工艺:在30℃下,每100 g半夏,用生石灰10 g、甘草15 g,浸泡48 h。结论:优选的炮制工艺达到了降低半夏刺激性毒性的炮制目的,同药典法比较明确了炮制时间和炮制温度,显著缩短了炮制时间。
