摘要
进行了在钨粉碳化阶段添加活性催化剂生产优质粗颗粒WC的工艺研究。通过对比试验,分析了原料钨粉粒度和活性催化剂添加量对WC粒度及性能的影响,确定了生产优质粗颗粒WC的工艺参数。实际应用效果表明,该工艺有效解决了在粗颗粒WC传统生产工艺中所存在的原辅材料消耗及能耗过大、产品合格率低等突出问题。
