摘要
ISO9000:2000质量管理和保证标准是当今世界上最先进的全面质量管理标准 ,它适用于各行各业。图书馆管理中引进和实施该标准 ,有利于图书馆管理与世界先进的管理方法接轨 ,有利于图书馆未来的生存和发展。文章在此意义上论述了ISO9000 :2000族标准在图书馆建立和实施的重要意义和可行性操作。
