摘要
企业党建和公司治理是两种不同的制度安排。一个企业并存这两种制度,能否和谐发展是中国特色的普遍性问题。从构建和谐企业的高度,运用政治学和经济学理论进行分析,企业党建和公司治理和谐发展不仅必要的,而且可行的,关键是党政领导都要树立"领导即服务"的新观念,创新党组织的领导模式,完善公司治理的运行机制,对企业各种资源的配置进行科学的制度安排。
They are two different kinds of systematic arrangement for the Party’s building and corporation harnessing.
