推进高校管理人员"职业化",实行高校职员制度是一项适应高校自身特点的管理制度,是学校管理队伍建设的新趋势。对于管理人员树立服务意识、提高服务效能,促进高校的建设和发展,具有重要的现实意义。
To advance the professionalism of university administrative personnel and to carry out the system of university staff members are a management system,which is adapted to university administrative characteristics and also a new trend of university administration construction.It is of great practical significance for the administrative personnel to foster the idea of service,to improve the serving efficiency and promote the construction and development of university.
