摘要
主要研究了45钢橡胶成型模具的热处理工艺,以及热处理工艺对其组织和性能的影响.通过深入了解和分析45钢橡胶成型模具的工作条件、失效形式和性能要求,结合45钢的热处理工艺与其组织和性能之间的关系,通过试验研究确定出了较为理想的热处理工艺及参数,从而提高了模具的使用寿命,降低了生产成本.
This article studies the heat-treatment technology of steel 45 rubber forming dies and the influence of the heat-treatment technology on its microstructure and properties.By analyzing the working conditions,lose efficacy form and property requirement,by establishing the relationship between the heat-treatment technology and its microstructure and properties and by experimenting,better heat-treatment technology and parameter are determined.As a result,the dies life is extended and the production cost is redu...
