摘要 为了解不同温度对沙棘种子发芽率和胚根生长量的影响,本实验在水、气、光照等适宜条件下,在20℃2、5℃、30℃恒温条件和20~30℃变温条件对沙棘种子分组培养,记录始发芽天数和对应的胚芽长度,并进行生物统计学分析。结果表明,沙棘种子最适萌发温度为20~30℃的变温;就根生长量来看,在20~30℃时,沙棘种子随温度的升高,胚根生长加快。本实验摸索出沙棘种子最佳发芽率及胚根生长长度与温度的关系,为生产指导提供依据。 To study the germination rate and radical growth speed of Hippophae rhamnoides seed under the condition of different temperatures.Hippophae rhamnoides seeds were grouped and cultured at 20℃,25℃,30℃constant temperature and 20~30℃ variable temperature while the other growing conditions,such as water,oxygen and light,were suitable.The results showed that 20~30℃variable temperature was the optimal temperature for seed germination.As far as radical growth speed was concerned,it increases with the rise of tempera...
