血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、NO与糖尿病肾病关系探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-2(IL-2)、一氧化氮(NO)在2型糖尿病及糖尿病肾病发病中的作用。方法:测定28例正常组(NC)、28例单纯2型糖尿病组(DM)及21例2型糖尿病肾病组(DN)血清中TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、NO中的含量,并对其变化进行分析。结果:DM组TNF-α、IL-1β均较NC组高(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01);IL-2较NC组低(P<0.01)。DN组TNF-α、IL-1β、NO较DM组高(分别为P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05);DN组IL-2较DM组低(P<0.001)。结论:TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-2、NO在糖尿病及糖尿病肾病发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, NO on the occurrence and development of DM and DN. Methods To observe the changes of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-2, NO amount in normal group (28 cases) , DM group (28 cases) and DN (21 cases) respectively.
