摘要
合作伙伴综合实力评价是一个典型的多目标决策问题,为了减少人为因素的影响,提高评价的客观性,研究并建立了合作伙伴的评价指标体系,在此基础上,针对当前评价方法的不足,结合遗传算法和BP神经网络的优点,提出了基于GA-BP算法的综合评价方法,该方法无需建立准确的数学模型,较好地避免了传统方法人为计取权值过程中的主观影响和不确定性。并给出了一个评价示例,示例证明运用该算法进行合作伙伴综合实力评价具有快速、可靠、精度高等优点。
The evaluation of partners' integrative competence is a typical multiobjective decision making problem.In order to reduce the influence of human factors and improve the objectivity of the evaluation,a GA-BP algorithm is proposed on the basis of the index system and the disadvantages of the current methods. This model dose not need to establish the accurate mathematical model and it can turn away the subjective influence and uncertainties of the traditional methods.Then an evaluation example is given and the simulation results indicate that the GA-BP algorithm is a fast,reliable and precision method for the evaluation of partners' integrative competence.
