摘要
介绍一种基于霍尔传感器的磁场检测方案,通过测量霍尔电动势来测定磁场。采用恒流源输入,使传感器的输出由磁场的磁感应强度唯一确定。通过温度补偿电路减小温度对测量的影响,保证测量的线性度,通过电路调零抑制背景噪声,得到了更加精确的测量结果。
A magnetic testing scheme based on hall sensor is introduced in this thesis,which tests magnetic field by measuring hall electromotive force.Constant current source is used as the power for the sensor,so the output is only decided by the magnetic flux density of outside magnetic field.At the same time,the temperature compensation circuit is used to restrain the temperature influence,which makes the output keep linearity.The zero circuit is designed to restrain background noise.So an exact output is achieved.
