摘要
在实际应用中,绝大部分换热站由于自身条件因素的限制,还仅停留在人工手动的操作方式上,没有进行自动控制,因此也无法达到节能的目的。根据国家政策的调整以及环保节能的要求,实现换热站的高效管理及节能运行已迫在眉睫。介绍以DY2000智能控制器为基础组成的换热站节能控制系统,综合各种因素,对供回水温度最佳调节,并对运行参数通过GPRS远程监控,实现节能、安全运行。实际使用表明,该系统起到了节能监控的作用,特别是能满足换热站自动控制及舒适节能等优点,适用性高,有明显的经济效益,值得大力推广。
In practical applications, most of the heat regulation stations were only operating in manual mode because of the limitations of their own conditions. The purpose of energy saving could not be reached because no automatic control was implemented. Following the changes on policy of the country and the requirements of environment protection, high efficient management for heat regulation station and energy-saving operation are in urgent need. The energy-saving control system based on DY2000 intelligent controller is introduced. The system integrates various factors, optimally controls the temperature of supply and return water. The operating parameters are monitored remotely through GPRS, both energy-saving and safety operation are implemented. The practice shows that the system meets the requirements of automatic control for the heat regulation station, and comfortable energy saving, high suitability, as well as obvious economic effects. It is worth to be popularized.
