摘要
部分智能建筑的智能化系统的设计、施工质量不够理想,成本控制方面突破预算,完工后技术开通率不高,其中一个原因为一般建筑监理无法对建筑智能化项目进行有效的控制监督。本文探讨了在智能建筑项目引入信息工程监理的法律和技术上的可行性,比较了建筑监理、信息工程监理的特点,分析信息工程监理对智能建筑进行监理所具有的优势及可行性、必要性以及实施监理过程中注意事项。
Some of the design and the establishment of the intelligent system is not so satisfied, overstep the cost control, and always can not open. One of the reasons is the general construction supervisor unable to control and supervise it efficiently. The paper discusses the feasibility on the laws and techniques of putting the information engineering supervision into the intelligent building projects,compares the characteristic of the construction supervision and information engineering supervision,analyzes the advantages,feasibilities,importance and the notes of information engineering supervision for the management of intelligent building.
