摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定栓剂中奥硝唑含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为Zobarx C18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(30∶70),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为305 nm.结果 奥硝唑在43~430 μg·mL-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率(99.65±1.20)%.结论 该方法操作简便,结果准确,可用于奥硝唑栓的质量控制.
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for determining ornidazole in suppository.METHODS The HPLC method was performed on Zobarx C18 column,a mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% H3PO4(30∶70) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 305 nm,and flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS The linear rang of ornidazole was 43~430μg·mL-1(r=0.999 6).The average recovery rate of ornidazole was 99.65%(RSD=1.20%).CONCLUSION The determination method is rapid,simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of ornidazole suppository.
