摘要
在Gleeble-1500热模拟机上测定了16MnR钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,结合金相-硬度法、示差热分析法获得了该钢的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线);研究了16MnR钢连续冷却过程中奥氏体转变过程及转变产物的组织形态,比较了其与同类转变曲线的差别。
The different dilatometric cures of continuous cooling Transformation have determined by Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulate,and combined metallographic analysis-hardness measurement and differential thermal analysis the CCT diagram is obtained.The microstrcture of the product of the continuous cooling transformation occurring in 16MnR and the reason for the difference between 16MnR and common steel were investigated.
