摘要
目的 观察营养性抗氧化剂对老年性白内障的影响.方法 从潍坊市60~72岁老龄人群中选择32名健康者作为A组,选择31名老年性白内障患者作为B组.通过营养膳食调查、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等的测定及视力检测,进而对B组人群进行18个月膳食营养干预,以期探讨营养性抗氧化剂对老年性白内障的防治作用.结果 营养干预前,B组营养性抗氧化剂每日摄入量、血清抗氧化酶活力等明显低于A组(P<0.01),营养干预后,B组维生素A、维生素E、维生素C的每日摄入量明显增加(P<0.01),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及血清Se含量明显升高(P<0.01),血清脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.01),而且控制了B组视力的下降.结论 营养性抗氧化剂能够控制老年性白内障的发展,达到防治目的.
Objective The effects of nutritional meal antioxidant on the aged cataract were investigated in the aged.Methods In Weifang city 60~72 years old crowd,choosed 32 health volunteers was A group,choosed 31 the aged cataract sufferers was B group.After meal inquisition,serum GSH-PX and eyesight were observed,B group were given 18 months nutrition intervention,in order to discuss the effect of nutritional antioxidant.Results Before nutrition intervention,B group nutritional antioxidant daily intake and anti-oxidate enzyme activities were obviously lower than A group(P<0.01).After nutrition intervention,Daily intake of vitamin A,vitamin E and vitamin C were obviously increased(P<0.01).Serum SOD,GSH-PX activities and Serum Se were markedly increased(P<0.01).In addition,molondiadehyde(MDA)content were effectively lower(P<0.01).Moreover,B group eyesight drop was controlled.Conclusion Nutritional meal antioxidant can prevent and cure the aged cataract.
