摘要
采用质性研究的方法,对国家队顶尖乒乓球运动员进行了关于运动压力来源及其应对方式的单独半结构化访谈,通过对访谈的内容分析,结果发现优秀乒乓球运动员的压力来源主要包括:竞赛、训练、社会期望与评价、同伴竞争和自我期望等五个方面,应对的策略包括社会支持、思想控制、专注于当下、赛前心理准备及加强人际沟通等五种方式,从而反映出优秀乒乓球运动员的心理素质包括独立性、乐观性、变通性、合作性、稳定性和工作关注等6个方面,对陈静等人研究的结论提供了一定的佐证。
The paper studies the stress source of classic ping-pong players and how to resolve it.I.e.,it uses qualitative research——semi-structural talking method to analyze and gets the stress source coming from game,disciplining,people's expectation and evaluation,teammate competition and self-expectation etc,the solutions include people's support,psychology controlling,devoting his mind to scene,psychology preparation before game and strengthening communication with others,so we gets the results: the classic ping-pong players' psychology diathesis includes independence,optimism,versatility,cooperation,stabilization and pay attention to work.And those conclusions are validated by the research about a famous ping-pong player-Chen Jing.
