摘要 目的:探讨柏拉图统计表阶段性评价健康教育的质量。方法:随机抽查不同阶段出院患者的满意度调查表,进行回顾性分析,针对患者对护理健康教育的不满意条目进行归集,应用柏拉图统计表进行比较。结果:整体护理的实施,使健康教育制度化、规范化,但整体护理实施的不同阶段,患者对健康教育的不满项目及程度是有变化的。结论:应用柏拉图统计表可以突出不同阶段的重点问题,为健康教育的深化提供依据,从而决策下一阶段的工作目标。 Objective: To explore the methods of using Plato's statistical list to evaluate the quality of health education by stage.Methods: Questionnaire for satisfaction of the discharged patients was randomly selected at different stages to make a retrospective analysis,categorizing patient's dissatisfied items in nursing health education.The comparison was made on Plato's statistical list.Results: Practicing of holistic nursing care made health education systematical and standardized,but the items and degree of patients' dissatisfaction for health education varied at different stages of holistic nursing care.Conclusion: The application of Plato's statistical list can show the key problem at different stages and provide data for further health education,which can help make a plan next stage.
