转基因水稻花粉扩散模拟方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 转基因水稻在过去几年发展迅速,部分转基因品系已进行环境释放,并有可能在近期批准进行商业化生产,因此必须准确地估算水稻花粉的扩散浓度和最大扩散距离,为转基因水稻生产安全及环境风险评估、预测和防御提供科学依据。文章从分析花粉扩散研究现状出发,比较分析了目前国内外研究花粉扩散所用各类模型,论证了以高斯模型为基础的花粉扩散模型的可行性,并通过对高斯模型的修正和参数确定方法的选择,初步建立了水稻花粉扩散模拟的方法。
