摘要 　　复方口服避孕药(COC)自20世纪60年代被应用于临床以来,其安全性及其获益性已经得到了广泛的研究,因其方便、安全、避孕效果可靠、停药后不影响再孕,逐渐成为世界上应用最广泛的避孕方法之一.现代流行病学大样本、多中心随机和双盲法的应用,从多方面得到了令人信服的数据,对COC的利弊作出了公正的评价.随着研究的深入,COC无论在药物剂量方面还是激素应用方面都有了很大的进展. 　　……
