摘要
依据高等教育改革的总体要求和体育教育的自身规律,结合高职院校的现状和高职学生的身心特点,通过乒乓球教学的具体实践过程,充分体现课程内容目标统领的作用;探索"健身、趣味、体验、互动"特色课程内容和教学手段,融教、学、做为一体,启发和锻炼学生的社会能力,培养学生的健全人格。
According to the general request of higher education and the self-regulation of PE education,the study,which is combined with the actuality of vocational colleges and the physical & mental characteristics of the students,fully reflects the key function of target course through practical process of teaching table-tennis.The author explores the course content,which should have such features as interest,body-building,experience and interaction,and practical teaching means in PE,then merges teaching,learning and experiencing into a whole to inspire students' social ability and cultivate students' healthy personality to meet the requirement of social development.
