摘要
目的:介绍Keles滑动杆的一种改良方法,评价应用改良Keles滑动杆远中移动双侧上颌磨牙矫治安氏II类错疗效。方法:6例安氏II类错伴上前牙拥挤患者(男2例,女4例),年龄11.5～13岁,不拔牙矫治,用改良Keles滑动杆远中移动双侧上颌磨牙结合直丝弓矫治器矫正。结果:所选病例后牙均由远中变成中性,磨牙向远中整体移动,前牙拥挤得到矫正。结论:改良Keles滑动杆可以整体移动上颌磨牙,快捷而有效,同时支抗丢失少,容易取得患者配合,取材容易制作简便,有临床推广价值。
Objective To introduce modified keles slider and evalute the effect of treating class II malocclusion by using modified keles slider.Methods Six Class II malocclusion patients(2.male and 4 female),the age range of the patients was from 11.5 and 13 years old,they are treated by modified keles slider combined straight wire appliance and non extracts.Results Bilateral maxillary malor badies distalization and anterior teeth was aligment.The apperance and function were improved.Conclusion The Modified keles slider can movies molors bodiest and Fastest.Anchorage miss litill,non-coorperation,and the material is easy requested.
