摘要
目的研究利乳康(抗乳腺增生中药)对乳腺增生大鼠乳腺组织超微结构的影响。方法腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇,制备乳腺增生大鼠模型;试验组灌胃给予利乳康液2.5g·kg-1;中药对照组灌胃给予乳块消2.5g·kg-1;西药对照组灌胃给予他莫昔芬0.5g·kg-1,均每日1次,连用4周。用免疫组化法测定染色强度指数,用电镜观察其超微结构。结果雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)染色强度指数,模型组较正常组高;经利乳康治疗后,试验组各项指数均低于模型组,接近正常组水平;电镜下可见,试验组乳腺组织结构基本正常。结论利乳康液对乳腺增生大鼠有明显改善其病变的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Lirukang liquid on the ultrastructure in rat model with hyperplasia of mammary gland. Methods The hyperplasia of mammary gland rat model was made by injection estradiol benzoate into the abdominal cavity. The dye intensity index was determined by immunohistochemistry in 5 groups: normal, model, contrlⅠ(Rukuaixiao liguid, 2.5 g·kg-1),contrl Ⅱ(tamoxifen,0.5 μg·kg-1) and trial(Lirukang liquid,2.5 g·kg-1),one time a day,the duration was 4 weeks in the groups.The ultrastructure was observed by electric microscope.Results The dye intensity index of estrogen receptor (ER)、progesterone receptor (PR) and proliferative cell nuclear antigen (PCNA),the model group was higher than the normal,while the trial group after treatment with Lirukang liquid was lower than the model and similar with the nomal.The ultrastructure in trial was better than befere treantment.Conclusion Lirukang liquid was effective on the hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats.
