摘要 根据均衡凝固理论,用计算机辅助设计和数值模拟的方法确定汽车后桥的铸造工艺。利用UG软件精确计算铸件的模数分布情况,根据均衡凝固理论的均衡段定义划分补缩区域,确定冒口的大致位置,在此基础上,确定铸件的浇注位置、分型面;然后确定冒口的准确位置以及浇注系统的总体型式,从而得到总体铸造工艺方案;其后按照均衡凝固理论进行铸件浇冒口系统的详细计算设计;最后用FT-Star数值模拟软件对所设计的铸造工艺进行校核模拟,观察铸件充型、凝固过程,发现铸造过程中可能出现的缺陷,经比较后得到较为合理的铸造工艺。 According to proportional solidification-the foundry technology of automotive rear axle has been designed by UG software and verified by CAD software.With modulus distribution calculated precisely by UG and fed zones divided on the basis of the concept 'key proportional part',the location of the riser has been predicted and the pouring position of the casting and its parting face defined hence the precise state of riser and the whole pouring system determined. Then the size of risers and gating system have been finely computed. The casting technology has been verified by numerical simulation software FT-Star to find out any defects during casting process before a proper technology was obtained.
