摘要
为了保证往复式压缩机的安全运行,对压缩机的关键部件活塞杆进行在线监测是非常必要的。本文利用声发射技术,以Lab Windows／CVI软件为开发平台,构建了一套针对往复式压缩机活塞杆的在线声发射监测系统。
In order to ensure safe operation of reciprocating compress or,it is very necessary for piston-rod of reciprocating compressor to conduct on-line monitor. In this paper, using acoustic emission technique, we realize the function of on-line acoustic emission monitoring for piston-rod with programming environment in Lab Windows/CVI.
