摘要
多圈光电轴角编码器是一种适用于大量程轴角位移精密测量的光电数字测角仪,其测量范围可超过整周(360°)的几百倍,甚至上千倍。利用多圈光电轴角编码器具有分辨力高、精度高、体积小、量程大以及数字量输出等优点,设计了由高精度齿轮同步带传动机构与16位多圈编码器组合而成的直线位移测量系统,并对系统的测长精度进行了检定。实验结果表明,修正后的系统测长误差低于0.065 mm,可满足中低精度的工业测量要求。
As modern digital photosensor,multi-turn photoelectric rotary encoder has much technical superiority in measuring mechanical shaft angle displacement such as higher precision,higher resolution,larger measuring scale(far more than 360°) and digital output.A new long-distance linear displacement measuring system is designed by utilizing one 16-bit multi-turn optical encoder and the mechanism comprised the gearing wheels and the conveyor belt.The experimental results prove that the corrected systemic errors can be diminished in less than 0.065 mm and the industrial measurement with medium and low accuracy requirements can be met entirely.
