摘要 随着我国城市建设的持续、大规模发展,如何控制软土地区密集城区中深基坑工程的安全稳定和变形,避免由于基坑卸载变形过大导致周边环境和设施的沉陷、开裂、破坏,已经成为目前一个迫切而重要的课题。作者应用针对软土流变性提出的时空效应控制变形原理,结合近来上海深基坑的工程实践应用来探讨控制深基坑变形的时空效应法开挖技术,通过工程实践证明,有针对性地应用该项技术,可解决饱和软粘土地区疑难、复杂深基坑开挖的变形控制问题,达到控制基坑变形,保护周边环境和设施的目的。 With the continuous and high-speed development of urban construction in China, the research of how to control the stability and deflection of deep excavations in urban district of soft clay region to avoid the settlement, cracking and destroy of neighboring facilities is quite necessary. In this article, the author applys the 'Time and Space Effect' theory, which is established for the soft clay with rheologic characters, through the engineering practices of deep excavations in Shanghai, to research the 'Time and Space!Effect' excavations technique, and to illustrate that to use this technique properly can solve the problem of deflection control of special and complicated deep excavations in soft clay region, so that to protect the neighboring facilities.
