摘要
本文提供了承包商项目管理中项目策划的基本概念和重要作用,并从承包商的角度提出了开展项目策划的操作思路,以期对承包商的项目管理活动提供有益的帮助。
The thesis analyses the fundamental concepts & effects of project planning in project management to contractors, and also from the angle of contractors promotes some operating clews to project planning,which may help to the project management of contractor.
